Return & Refund Policy – HomeMart.pk
At HomeMart.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- You received a wrong product
- The item is damaged or defective
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories
Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products (not due to delivery)
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Clearance / sale items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID
- Share images or video proof (especially for damaged items)
- Our team will review and confirm within 24–48 hours
Once approved:
- You will be asked to ship the product back OR
- A pickup may be arranged (if applicable)
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
- Refund will be issued via:
- Bank transfer, or
- Original payment method (if prepaid)
- Processing time: 5–7 working days
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping is covered by HomeMart.pk only if:
- Wrong item delivered
- Item was damaged/defective
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement
- Orders already shipped cannot be canceled (only returned)
7. Important Notes
- Customers must provide unboxing video proof for damage claims
- HomeMart.pk reserves the right to رفض return requests if conditions are not met
