Return & Refund Policy – HomeMart.pk

At HomeMart.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product
  • The item is damaged or defective
  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to delivery)
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Clearance / sale items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID
  2. Share images or video proof (especially for damaged items)
  3. Our team will review and confirm within 24–48 hours

Once approved:

  • You will be asked to ship the product back OR
  • A pickup may be arranged (if applicable)

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Bank transfer, or
    • Original payment method (if prepaid)
  • Processing time: 5–7 working days

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is covered by HomeMart.pk only if:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Item was damaged/defective

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement
  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled (only returned)

7. Important Notes

  • Customers must provide unboxing video proof for damage claims
  • HomeMart.pk reserves the right to رفض return requests if conditions are not met
